the spa treatments were amazing. treatment rooms were private. i loved that they sat among the trees with rushing water. the restaurant offered so much choice. everything i ate tasted delicious!

i was impressed by the interiors. they would easily be in any premium interior design magazine. the cook really knows how to cook. i have nothing except praise for this place. the yoga place was beautiful too, it was really something!
i noticed the number of steps needed to walk to the spa. i had to watch my step.

The villa included a private pool with comfortable loungers. Staff provided prompt and efficient butler service via WhatsApp. Daily complimentary shuttles to the city center made exploring convenient. The spa offered excellent treatments with skilled massage therapists.
The villa entrance door had issues with the locking mechanism, causing delays before I could leave the room

the staff was friendly. wawan welcomed me with sandwiches when i arrived late. he also arranged my moped rental and taxis. he was always around to assist me.
The pool at my villa was not temperature controlled and too cold. i had issues with the villa entrance door. It did not lock. i had to wait for someone to fix it before i could leave.

The breakfast was excellent. the restaurant had delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the staff was friendly. They made sure i was comfortable at all times. it felt great to be there.
